Now a days kids have a lot to choose from, that is they have wide variety of foods to choose from.But they don’t really know which food is good for them to be healthy, but they can easily choose the most tasty food available.But it is a fact that not all the foods are tasty will be good for health.That too in this fast food world, most of the foods and snacks they eat will end in childhood obesity. But as a parent it is your duty to look after your child’s health.It’s upto the parents,how well they make their child to eat healthy and nutritious food.But one thing today’s parents should keep in mind,that is one should not straight away stop your children from eating fast food.It should be done in a very gradual pace, that is they should slowly make their children understand the need of nutrition and protein food,to stay healthy.But ,one best advice would be that,parents should however make the kids to eat more vegetables.
Then the other thing that the parents should be careful about their children is to keep then involved in outdoor games.This is because, most of the children now a days are more involved in watching TV and playing video games.But that would lead to obesity,if they don’t do any physical activity.So the parents should look after,that their children plays some outdoor games.This is just to stay healthy and stay away from obesity.
