It’s time for vegetarianism.Yes it is high time that we add vegetarian diet to our recipe. Of late people around the world are more attracted towards non-vegetarianism. But it is a well know fact that too much of anything is good for nothing, such that too much of meet will lead to some health related issues. Yes non vegetarian foods are very tasty and strengthy too, but Vegetables are even better. Vegetable diet is very good for ones health. also , vegetarian diet will have no ill effects on your health, which is not the case with non vegetarian food,which may even lead to heart diseases. Vegetables will have only positive effect on you. In that case there are many vegetables for us to add to our diet. But one vegetable stands out. It can be said as the star of the vegetables and that is tomato. Tomato can be termed as both a fruit or a vegetable. It is one fruit that blends well with both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. Tomato is very good, health wise too. It is also the most used fruit or vegetable in the world. In that case there are many tomato suppliers all over the world who supply the most glamorous fruit tomato. It is a well known fact that most of the recipe either it is vegetarian or non vegetarian will have tomatoes in its mix. The tomatoes bring very good flavour to any recipe that’s pepared. So just go vegetarian with the tomatoes. Vegetarianism is the need of the hour, even though non- vegetarianism not bad either.
