It seems that the Hollywood movie makers are finding it very difficult to live upto the expectations of the people. The quality of the movies that are produced by them is not that great either. In the last few year we have witnessed the fact that the movies that are winning the best movie Oscar are all adopted from novels or being remade from other language. this is not a great sign for the world’s biggest film industry. We have not seen many out of the box movies of late. Recently a movie called slumdog millionaire won eight Oscar awards. It was a very good movie, but not a great movie. Again slumdog’s screenplay was an adoption from a popular Indian novel. On the other hand little known movie world or countries that doesn’t have big market values have been producing some great movies of late. Countries like Iran, Korea, japan, Italy, France are to name a few. It is evident from the fact that films from some of these countries are the ones that are topping the honours in the Cannes film festival. We haven’t seen any Hollywood movie performing great in the Cannes film festival. It is a well known fact that Cannes is one of the best platform for films to be showcased and at the same time Cannes is one of the biggest awards in the cine world. So its time for the Hollywood movie makers to wake up and perform to their standards.

We could see that, with the economic slowdown all over the world,All different kinds of industries have indulged in cutting on production or slowing down the production of their products.In that case the celluloid or the so called dream stage industry,the film industry has also been heavily hit by the recession.So the film producers in the film industry has also started to do cost cutting in their films,that is to reduce the budget of the films.But, though they have started to cut the budget of their films, it’s not going to help the film industry grow any further.Actually this is the time people should concentrate more on the quality of the films they make.The main thing that ,keeping the recession on one side , one should notice that the quality of film making has been going on the downturn in the past year.There is no complaint on the technical front though,they are doing the best job as usual.But the real concern is the creativity part.That is quality of the films in terms of creativity,to be precise , the scripting side of films have been not so great.

People have started to criticize the quality of films now a days.So,It’s time to make really good film,on the creativity part.People should concentrate on the scripts more than anything.Because the scripts are the heart of the films, others are only second to it.But it seems people are not seeing this has a problem itself, they have actually started to remake the old films and making money from it.But this trend will not last long.the only way to come out of this slump is to concentrate on the scripts more.And the other thing is that we must start to make or concentrate on quality films and not quantity of the films.So lets once again start making quality films that will be remembered for years.

Even the Entertainment world has not been spared by recession.Yes it is the fact. People who are dependent on the entertainment world are also facing the heat due to the economic slum.To be precise the sports world and the cine world are also battling the recession.Lets focus on the sports world first.Not even one sport has escaped the recession. Even the worlds richest sport ,soccer has not been spared.The main issue they are facing is the sponsorship. Even the most popular sporting teams have not been able to find the sponsors.One such example is that of Man utd, the worlds richest football club.Just recently they lost their shirt sponsorship, which they were getting form a popular mnc.Same goes with the other sports as well.

Then the other industry that has not been spared by the economic slow down is the celluloid or cine industry.Many Hollywood films are forced to do cost cutting on their budget , for the film. Even some of the big films have been shelved.Not just the Hollywood but the film industry around the world has been hit.One such example is the Indian film industry. Indian film industry is the industry that produces highest no of film every year,but the situation is changing now. Now this recession has become a universal villain.
