well, now it looks like Americans will take up serious cricket some day. No it’s not the news about the united states of America team qualifying for the cricket world cup, as we know they already played in one of the champion trophies. But this is entirely different. This is about Obama and his love for cricket. The American president was on an official trip to Trinidad and Tobago. That’s where Obama met up with cricket’s one of finest batsman of all time Brain Lara. They both met each other and both shared some thoughts on the game of cricket. Actually Barack Obama learnt some of the cricketing stokes from the master. Even though Obama didn’t get it completely correct, he seemed to have enjoyed the time and cricket. Obama in his praise to Lara said he always wanted to meet the Jordan of cricket. well done Lara and well said Obama.
