Vegetarian diet is important to all, not only because it is healthier but also to avoid more consumption of animal fat and meat. It is proven that consumption of meat induces higher chances for cancer, obesity, and other serious health problems. A vegetarian is a person who eats only vegetable foods and desists the consumption of animal meat. It is a well known fact that most of the recipe either it is vegetarian or non vegetarian will have tomatoes in its mix. The tomatoes bring very good flavour to any recipe that’s pepared.
